To accommodate a growing need for more office space, Ellie Mental Health leased a suite in the Chapel Place office development in Crestview Hills, KY. The space had been unoccupied for several years.
Ellie Mental Health contracted Building Management Partners for the renovation project which included demolition of existing millwork, medical equipment, walls, bathrooms and electrical system. After demolition was complete, new millwork, fixtures, drywall, ceiling tiles, flooring, paint, electrical system and more was installed to turn a vacant, outdated space into a fresh, comfortable setting for employees and patients.
