Applied Behavioral Services, an organization that provides full treatment intervention for children with autism and related disabilities, needed to remodel an existing recreation space in Madisonville, OH. The BMP team partnered with KZF Design on the project that included a floorplan redesign to enhance the layout to better serve its clients. In addition, a full HVAC system was installed to provide to a more comfortable experience for visitors. The BMP team installed (2) Lennox Elite 5-ton split systems, with 96% efficient gas furnaces & smart thermostats. New ductwork, line sets, outdoor air and controls were also part of the project.
The ABS team and their clients have been thrilled with the facility improvements, especially being able to stay cool in the summer heat!
