Building Management Partners has been contracted to complete a comprehensive tenant improvement project for Crestview Endodontics, located at 340 Thomas More Parkway, Crestview Hills, KY. The project encompasses design, demolition, installation, and finishing work aimed at creating a functional and modern dental office space.
Scope of Work
The project involves the following key elements:
Design and Engineering
Coordination for permits and inspections with finalized phasing and building drawings.
Demolition
- Removal of existing walls, plumbing, flooring, millwork, medical equipment, and curtains as required for the new layout.
Construction and Finishes
- Installation of new framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and paint.
- Custom millwork for supply closets, sterilization cabinetry, breakroom, and reception areas.
Mechanical and Electrical Systems
- Relocation and installation of HVAC components, plumbing fixtures, and fire suppression systems.
- Electrical work includes new LED lighting, power outlets, and specialized medical-grade connections for dental equipment.
Doors and Windows
- Installation of nine solid oak doors with hollow metal frames.
