In an effort to reduce costs and increase efficiencies Clinton County, OH county government purchased a new building that had been previously occupied by a tenant. While the space was large enough, the facility was in need of significant renovation to accommodate county administration, employees and visitors.
Building Management Partners was hired on to the project after initial assessments identified the scope of work. Replacement of millwork, glass, framing, drywall, ceiling, flooring was needed throughout the facility which included many offices of different sizes, restrooms, common areas and hallways. Once completed the county Title Office, Auditor, Recorder, BMV, Tax Administrator, Treasurer and Commissioner all were able to be in one location to better serve the citizens of the county.
Once again, BMP answered the call on a complex but rewarding project.
