Building Management Partners is proud to partner with REMAX on the expansion of their office space located at 9313 Mason-Montgomery Rd, Mason, OH. This project involves extensive renovations and improvements to enhance the functionality and design of the office, supporting REMAX’s growing needs.

Key Scope of Work:

  • Design & Permits: Includes an allowance of $2,500 for building and zoning permits.
  • Management & Supervision: Part-time on-site supervision and project management, with an allowance for overtime if required.
  • General Conditions: Includes trash and materials dumpster and final cleanup of construction areas.

Demolition:

  • Demolition of millwork, walls, plumbing fixtures, doors, frames, and flooring as outlined in the drawings.

Millwork:

  • Construction of custom Corian countertops in the breakroom, storage cabinets, and a custom desk with full melamine wrap.

Glass Installations:

  • Installation of a ½” glass wall in the conference room with a 36” wide door with back-to-back pull handles.

Drywall and Acoustical Ceilings:

  • Wall patching and installation of new walls, TV blocking, bulkheads, and ceiling grid with 2×2 tiles.

Paint:

  • Preparation and painting of new and existing walls and soffits.

Flooring:

  • Installation of LVT flooring and Roppe vinyl base, with necessary floor prep and transitions.

Plumbing:

  • Installation of a new undermount sink, faucet, and associated plumbing lines in the breakroom.

Electrical:

  • Installation of new LED flat panels, pendant lights, can lights, exit lights, and other necessary electrical components including outlets and switches.

Exclusions:

  • Civil, Structural drawings
  • Builders risk insurance
  • Overtime, weekends, and nights

Clarifications:

  • Noise from construction is assumed to be minimal.
  • Assumes the use of tenant utilities.
  • An allowance of $2,500 is provided for permits and fees.
