Building Management Partners is excited to partner with State Bank for their Tenant Improvement (TI) project at 9313 Mason-Montgomery Rd in Mason, OH. This project focused on revitalizing the bank’s interior space to improve functionality and modernize the overall look, ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Key Scope of Work:
- General Conditions:
- On-site supervision and project management.
- Construction dumpsters for waste management.
- Final construction cleaning upon project completion.
- Sitework:
- Demolition of the existing front desk, workstations, and flooring throughout the space.
- Carpentry, Drywall, and Ceilings:
- Replacement of damaged ceiling tiles.
- Wall repairs and patching prior to painting.
- Flooring:
- Installation of LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) in the hallway and lobby areas.
- Installation of carpet in all offices and the conference room.
- Painting:
- Complete painting of all office walls, doors, and frames.
- Millwork:
- Installation of new kitchenette millwork with updated finishes to mirror the existing setup.
- Doors, Windows & Glass:
- Rekeying of the main office door and all office doors to the master keyway.
- Mechanical:
- Unhooking and reinstalling the existing sink after millwork installation.
- Electrical:
- Installation of 18 LED flat panel lights.
- Replacement of 28 duplex receptacles, 8 single-pole switches, 1 quad receptacle, 5 GFI receptacles, and 1 exit sign.
