The historic Watertower Square office building is an icon in the Northern Kentucky city of Newport. Built in the mid 1800s and on the Historic Registry, this building has seen it all. And so has the roof.
Totaling 17,500 square feet, the roof was experiencing a lot of leak issues. The fastening system was failing causing large humps on the roof surface. Building Management Partners was awarded the job and began replacement work in early 2022, finishing the job by the spring.
